Return Policy
· All orders are considered final and non-returnable unless the merchandise is defective. If item is defective after it has been received back a replacement will then be sent out.
· Return item to the below address including a copy of your packing slip and/or a note with the original order number written out along with contact information so a replacement can be sent back to you.
· Returns must arrive within 30 days of receipt by the customer (40 days of receipt by international customers).
· Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable however, the damaged items will be replaced and returned at no additional cost.
· Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for returns to be processed.
